If you aren’t shopping or shoveling snow this weekend, here are a few events that you might want to check out!

Boys & Girls Club Arts Celebration at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History

What: There are free music and dance performances by the talented boys and girls from the Boys & Girls Club of Cleveland. 

Where: The Cleveland Museum of Natural History, 1 Wade Oval in Cleveland’s University Circle

When: Saturday, Dec. 10 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Admission: Here’s how you can see the performance AND get free admission to the museum. You need to stop by the museum’s front counter ANY TIME BEFORE Saturday’s event and tell the employee you are there for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland performance. You will be admitted to the museum free of charge on SATURDAY AND get an $8 voucher for the parking garage.

37th annual TubaChristmas at EJ Thomas Hall

What: The University of Akron School of Music’s 37th annual TubaChristmas

Where: EJ Thomas Hall at the University of Akron, 198 Hill Street in Akron

When: It’s a TubaChristmas with hundreds of tubas — many decorated with garlands and tinsel — ringing out with holiday songs. You can sing along as well! There are two performances on Saturday Dec. 10: Noon to 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
