You may know Pastor Orrick Quick as co-host of Telepictures Productions talk show The Preachers, but today, he’s simply a brother in Christ in need of a helping hand.
The God Seekers Church leader is seeking donations and assistance after his home was destroyed by a raging fire.
According to Smith and Smith Media Group, Quick’s representatives, the High Point, North Carolina-based preacher lost everything in the blaze.
The personal trainer who formerly resided in the now destroyed parsonage with his wife of seven years, First Lady Ashley T. Quick and their two daughters, Victoria Madison and Kennedy Brielle Quick, is relying on the faith he preaches to others about to get him through.
“The Bible says in Hebrews 11:1, ‘Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen,” Quick said in a sermonette featured in the “Daily Power Shot” segment of the summer test run of The Preachers.
