Good news!
5-year-old Rihanna Todd, who was reported missing in Cleveland, is back home safe.
Authorities say she was returned to her mother’s home in the 3300 block of E. 142 St. around 7:45 a.m. Monday by the babysitter.
The babysitter was taken into custody a short time later.
