The Cleveland mom, who pointed a gun at her son’s barber in April, has now been identified, but Cleveland police still have not arrested her.

News 5 has learned Andrea Smith, 31, called the second district police department the day after seeing pictures of herself online pointing a gun at her son’s barber.

The incident happened April 14 at the Allstate Barber College on Lorain Avenue. A security camera captured the incident.

According to a police incident report, an officer was able to convince Smith to come to the police station in person, where she surrendered the gun.

Weeks later, a grand jury indicted Smith on several charges, including carrying a concealed weapon, aggravated menacing and endangering children. And now there’s a warrant out for her arrest after she failed to appear in a Cuyahoga County courtroom on Tuesday.
