Trump Returns To White House To Confront Obamacare Fight, Russia Fallout:

President Donald Trump is back from a trip that highlighted his isolation abroad to confront political storms in Washington over Russia and Obamacare that have only grown more intense in his absence.

The President will be called upon to rescue a Republican push to repeal Obamacare that now appears to be in significant trouble, and he is facing increasing fallout from his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, which offered new openings to his critics.

But even as the turmoil deepens around his White House intensifies, Trump will only be home for a few days.

Actor Shia LaBeouf Arrested On Public Drunkenness Charge:

Actor Shia LaBeouf was arrested Saturday in Savannah, Georgia, and charged with obstruction, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, police said.

LaBeouf, 31, was taken into custody around 4 a.m., and was released later Saturday from Chatham County Detention Center after posting a $7,000 bond, the Chatham County Sheriff’s Office said.
The actor approached a bystander and a police officer asking for a cigarette, according to a statement from the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department. He became disorderly, using profanities and vulgar language, when he wasn’t given a cigarette, it said.

McCain: GOP Health Care Bill ‘Probably’ Will Die:

Republican Sen. John McCain said Sunday that he thought his party’s health care bill was on course for failure.

“My view is it’s probably going to be dead,” the Arizona Republican said on CBS’s “Face the Nation.”
Last month, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell unveiled a bill that had been written behind closed doors by a group of Republican senators. McConnell decided not to call a vote on the measure before the Senate’s break for the July Fourth holiday as it appeared not to have enough Republican support.
Senators are scheduled to return from the recess this week, several of whom voiced criticism of the bill while back in their home states.

Woman Killed In Shooting At Ohio Gender Reveal Party:

Two gunmen opened fire at a gender reveal party at a home near Cincinnati, Ohio, late Saturday, killing a woman and injuring eight others, police said Sunday.

A group of people had gathered in the living room for the party to learn the gender of a pregnant woman’s expected child, when two gunmen came through the front door and opened fire, Colerain Township Police Chief Mark Denney said. The shooting lasted “maybe a minute or two,” and the suspects got away on foot, Denney said.
Denney said 22-year-old Autum Garrett, who authorities believe is from Huntington, Indiana, was pronounced dead at the scene. The eight other victims, including three children — an 8-year-old, 6-year-old and 2-year-old — suffered non-life threatening injuries, police said.

How To Make Fast Food Healthier For Vegetarians And Vegans:

Ordering fast food can be tricky for people who are trying to eat healthfully, but it can be particularly challenging for vegetarians. Menus are often limited in vegetarian staples such as beans, lentils, whole grains and vegetables.

The good news is that more and more restaurants are catering to meatless customers, which now number approximately 8 million adults in the United States, with many more trying to eat less meat in general for health reasons.
“I am seeing more options out there for plant-based eaters who want to grab fast food,” said Sharon Palmer, a vegetarian, nutritionist and author of “Plant-Powered for Life.”
