The Derek Blanks-shot visual interpretation of “Too Hard Not To,” the newest single from GRAMMY® Award-winner Tina Campbell is here and EEW Magazine has it for your viewing pleasure.
The heart-warming, soothing ballad about the power of forgiveness sand letting go is from Campbell’s forthcoming project, It’s Still Personal, the follow-up to her 2015 award-winning solo album debut, It’s Personal.
“Too Hard Not To is a beautiful song talking about the necessity of forgiveness. It’s so many people that are hurting, that are heavy, that are sad, and that can’t really seem to let go of everything that happened in their past,” said the GeeTree Creative recording artist in a promotional Instagram video.
Addressing those who are hurting and holding onto past hurts the way Campbell once was following the revelation of her husband Teddy Campbell’s multiple affairs with other women, she said, “I think this song might be your introduction into letting go of what’s in the past and moving forward to everything that’s in the future.”
The reality star, who will be helping couples get past infidelity and rebuild their marriages during Season 6 of “Mary Mary,” praised Blanks, her “amazing videographer” for the way he “captured the essence of” the new music.
“It’s a beautiful display of God’s love, and goodness and forgiveness,” Campbell said.
