It’s beginning to look at lot like Christmas in downtown Cleveland.

Standing at 50 feet tall, Public Square’s Christmas tree will be put in place at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The tree, which was donated by the Hlavin family from Sagamore Hills, is at the center of the city’s annual Winterfest celebration.

Winterfest will be held Saturday, Nov. 25. It begins at 1 p.m. and culminates with the tree lighting ceremony at 6 p.m.

Some Winterfest’s activities include free ice skating, live music, food trucks and horse-drawn carriage rides.
