The weight room can seem like a scary place, especially when there are dozens of body builders using contraptions you’ve never seen in your life. But fear not, all you need to start a strength training routine is a set of dumbbells and a plan.

Sharita Jennings, creator of GetFitLikeThat.com shows you simple moves you can do to tone your arms, chest, and core. Before you start, make sure you grab weights that are heavy enough to cause you to struggle to complete 10-12 reps, but not so heavy that your form falls completely off.
