President Donald Trump was in Northeast Ohio Thursday speaking at a training facility in Richfield, where unionized construction workers train on heavy equipment.

Though the visit was supposed to discuss his latest infrastructure plan, Mr. Trump touched on other topics too.

With daughters Tiffany and Ivanka also there, he praised the progress along his border wall.

“That’s what I do, is I build,” he said. “It was always my best thing. I think better than being President.”

He also brought up his boost in military spending, which he claims creates millions of jobs, while also promising to have U.S. troops out of Syria soon.

He talked about the Department of Veterans Affairs, just one day after firing its secretary over an ethics scandal.

Trump said he was not happy with the speed with which veterans where being seen, but stopped short of saying the agency should be privatized.
