An endangered missing adult alert was issued Sunday for a 76-yer-old Cleveland man.
According to officials, 76-year-old Charles Blackmon left his home on Ambleside Drive and didn’t return.
He is described as a 5’1” tall African American man, with black hair and brown eyes.
Mr. Blackmon suffers from a heart condition and is living with dementia.
He is required to take medication that he does not have with him.
He was last seen wearing tan khaki pants and a green and gold hoodie with the words “St. Edward” on it.
