Thousands of customers across Northeast Ohio are still without power as of Sunday morning thanks to severe thunderstorms that struck the region Saturday, according to FirstEnergy.
Nearly all of those outages are in Cuyahoga, Lake, and Lorain Counties alone. While most of the 44,000-plus that lost power had it back by Saturday evening, some may not have service restored until as late as Monday afternoon.
