The LeBron James I Promise School will be featured in an upcoming documentary.
According to the Akron Beacon Journal, the school has inked a deal with Blowback Productions to document its first year.
The documentary will “capture the successes, struggles and endeavors” of students.
The I Promise School, a partnership between the LeBron James Family Foundation and Akron Public Schools, opened in late July and is designed to help at-risk children with a curriculum focused on science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
