Quvenzhané Wallis will be making her television debut later this month on Black-ish.
Wallis will appear for a multi-episode arc beginning on the Jan. 22 episode of the ABC comedy, according to Entertainment Weekly.
Thanks to EW, we also have some first looks pics of Wallis’ character Kyra. Kyra has been brought into the Johnson family by her cousin Dre (Anthony Anderson) and Bow (Tracee Ellis Ross).
Kyra is coming to the Johnson household because her mother can no longer take care of her.
Wallis’ debut episode titled “Waltz in A Minor” will focus on Dre and Bow helping Kyra “adjust to suburban life.” The test will come when the couple “have different approaches to helping her adjust.
The episode will air Jan. 22nd. on ABC.
