MCDONALD’S GOSPELFEST 2019 IS BACK AT THE PRUDENTIAL CENTER WITH PERFORMANCES FROM YOLANDA ADAMS, BISHOP HEZEKIAH WALKER, SHIRLEY CAESAR & FRED HAMMOND!
Happening Saturday, May 11th, this year’s event will celebrate the Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin’s life and legacy. Aretha Franklin was a Gospelfest Alumni who was featured at the event in 2005 and in 2013. As part of the tribute, Franklin’s family will receive a commemorative plaque from the Mayor of Newark. Other dignitaries and surprise guests are expected to be in attendance.
