Donald Trump now has a chance to recast the story of his presidency.

Just as he did on election night in 2016, the President has won a victory over the conventional wisdom of his critics, this time after special counsel Robert Mueller found there was no evidence that Trump had conspired with a hostile foreign nation — Russia — to win power.
The finding, delivered in a summary of the Mueller report by Attorney General William Barr, means Trump can finally try to move on from an intrigue that strangled his presidency from the start.

Jordan Peele’s new horror film terrified audiences and shattered expectations at the box office this weekend.

“Us,” the director’s second film, made an estimated $70.3 million in North America — more than tripling its production budget of $20 million.
It exceeded industry expectations in a big way. The film was initially projected by industry experts to bring in closer to $45 million this weekend.

Passengers disembark cruise ship with tales of terrifying conditions:

A cruise ship has docked in Molde harbor, western Norway, after a harrowing day stranded at sea.

Passengers aboard the Viking Sky cruise ship shouted, “We made it,” as the vessel arrived in port on Sunday afternoon, Norwegian state broadcaster NRK reported.
Rescue teams had airlifted 479 people from the ship after it was left adrift in stormy seas Saturday with 1,300 passengers and crew on board. Passengers disembarked with tales of terrifying conditions, with many having been tossed about by wind and waves for 20 hours after the vessel sent a distress signal.

Dr. Dre celebrates his daughter getting into USC ‘on her own’:

Hip-hop luminary Dr. Dre took to Instagram on Sunday to celebrate his daughter’s acceptance to the University of Southern California and throw shade at other rich families caught up in a national admissions scandal.

The rapper, whose real name is Andre Young, posted a picture with his daughter, Truly Young, and her acceptance letter to the school.
“My daughter got accepted into USC all on her own,” the rapper wrote in the caption. “No jail time!!!!”
