Former RTA Board President George Dixon has agreed to pledy guilty to theft in office charges, according to Cuyahoga County prosecutors.
According to Assistant County Prosecutor James Gutierrez Mr Dixon has been cooperative with the investigation, not only in his case, but it other on-going investigations.
