Netflix is saying that they will be working on a doctumentary of Cyntoia Brown’s life.
Brown was just released from prison yesterday morning
At the age of 16, Brown was sentenced to life for the murder of Johnny Allen. Her attorneys say she was a victim of child sex trafficking when she killed the 43-year-old. Brown claims that she shot him Allen because she saw him reach for a gun.
Earlier this year, former Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam granted Brown, now 31, clemency.
