The Patriots (8-0) turned a Nick Chubb fumble and quarterback Baker Mayfield interception into a pair of first-quarter touchdowns and rode the momentum of a 17-point start to a 27-13 victory over the Browns (2-5) in front of the home fans, pushing their streak of wins over first and second-year quarterbacks to 21 straight.
