The President and Vice President Joe Biden will hold the rally at 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 31, 2010, at Cleveland State University’s Wolstein Center.

The center’s capacity is just under 14,000.

Attendees will be let in to the center on a first-come, first-serve basis. The doors open at noon.

The rally will be the President’s last major event before Election Day on November 2, according to the White House.

Last week, an estimated 35,000 people turned out to hear the President speak at a rally at Ohio State University.
