Stellar award nominated gospel music recording artist Christopher Page has applied with the Guinness Book of World Records to break the record for the Longest Gospel Line Dance Display.
Christopher, along with some of his favorite line dance groups from across the country, will perform the Sanctified Slide forty consecutive times. The event will take place in January 2011 in the Washington DC area.
Page, who is celebrating his 40th birthday, is a spokesman for Donate Life America and the National Office of Transplantation. The Guinness Book of World Records event will serve as a platform to encourage more African Americans and Christians to commit to becoming organ donors. There will be a workshop on organ donation, on-site organ donation registration and appreciation gifts to every registered organ donor who attends.
