A former WEWS sports anchor will be in court Wednesday for trial.
Terry Brooks, 33-years-old of South Euclid was indicted for raping a 21-year-old female.
South Euclid Police began an investigation in January 2010, when the rape was reported.
Brooks, at the time, was employed by WEWS, News Channel 5 as a sports anchor
