A 13-year-old girl is in critical condition at Metro after being shot in the head while inside her Cleveland home.
Brianna Hines was sitting on the couch inside her Matilda Avenue home when a man shot through the window four times Monday night.
24-year-old Stephen Smith and 25-year-old Latosia Warren are locked up at the Justice Center awaiting charges.
Police say a third suspect remains on the loose, and are actively searching.
Hines’ neighbor’s home was also riddled with bullets. Bullet holes were found in the living room and bedroom, including where an elderly woman usually sits to watch television.
