The Greater Cleveland Spring Job Fair comes to the I-X Center Friday, March 25, featuring more than 60 employers.
Among those 60-plus employers will be Brandon Thimke’s Reserves Network, a commercial staffing firm with most of its offices in Northeast Ohio.
The Reserves Network finds employees for manufacturing companies through its 30 offices, spanning eight states.
Thimke says that while many companies are hiring, companies are also very hesitant because of the economic uncertainty that still looms.
The job market is looking much better now than in recent years.
Most employers are looking for employees who can do multiple jobs. This also helps to ensure better long-term job security.
