Sarah Jakes Roberts has literally changed the myth about how “church girls” dress in the last 4 years, and she wrote about her journey recently.
Four years ago I met @stylistjbolin and @mutebeauty. We had one mission and that was to change the myth that church girls were boring and could only dress one way. You can love God and a good slay. Along the way we took some risks, pushed the envelope, cried, moved, grew, had a baby, and came out on the other side. Being able to work with this team to set an example and standard is a gift I don’t take for granted. Look forward to sharing with you some of things we’ve cooked up for MegaFest.
