Longtime pastor of Mount Calvary Pentecostal Church, Bishop Norman L. Wagner, died yesterday, Saturday, at the age of 68 at his native town Youngstown leaving behind his wife—Dr. Rita Helen—two daughters and a granddaughter. He was former leader of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. He studied from Aenon Bible College of Columbus and Indiana Bible College in Indianapolis. He got bachelors and master’s degrees in theology from these above mentioned educational institutes

David Stokes, another friend, said Lowery was admitted to Emory University Hospital Midtown Saturday and was placed in an intensive care unit as a precaution. "But he's better, and he's going home" Monday, Stokes said.

Nearly 12,000 free tax preparation sites will be open nationwide this year as the Internal Revenue Service continues to expand its partnerships with nonprofit and community organizations performing vital tax preparation services for low-income and elderly taxpayers. The IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program offers free tax help to people who earn less than $49,000. The Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) Program offers free tax help to taxpayers who are 60 and older.
