Competitors were Professor Wilbur Belton & LADWEC Choir, Bishop Hezekiah Walker & the Love Fellowship of New York City, and Ricky Dillard and New Generation Chorale of Chicago. Each group was to prepare an individual kid-friendly dish and attendees and fellow participants were allowed to taste and vote on their favorite recipe. The winning recipe, Pineapple Delight, was submitted by Professor Wilbur Belton & LADWEC Choir.
