You can host programs to help families deal with the stresses of war. You can partner with an existing program or ministry that serves military families,” Mrs. Obama said. Mrs. Obama added that helping can be as simple as raking leaves, shoveling snow, or offering to babysit for a military family with a loved one deployed.
