This year’s Essence Music Festival in New Orleans was full of excitement! According to the many news reports there was lots to see and do. The festival ran from July 1st-July 3rd.
Amidst all the excitement, popular gospel music artists CeCe Winans and Marvin Sapp were honored on the Essence Empowerment Stage. The all-star gospel tribute included performances by Kierra Sheard, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Fred Hammond & Deitrick Haddon.
