International Music Icon and Ten-Time GRAMMY Award-winner CHAKA KHAN is currently in the studio working on her next release. Publicist Gwendolyn Quinn says, “She’s actually working on a Gospel Project, which is slated to come out at the top of next year.”
Next year, 2013, marks the 40th anniversary of Chaka’s career in music and entertainment. The year-long celebration will not only include the Gospel release but also an international and US tour and several other surprises.
“Throughout my 40-year career, I have been through the fire a few times over and I’m still here as a living testament to God’s love and grace. Next year, I will be celebrating 40 years in the business and 60 years on earth”, says Chaka.
