The West Shoreway continues to be closed this week for the filming of Marvel’s Captain America: Winter Soldier.
Over the weekend, the star of Captain America, @ChrisEvans went to Twitter apologizing for the traffic chaos and thanking Cleveland for hosting the movie. Evans wrote “Sorry we’re screwing up your traffic, Cleveland! You’ve been a very gracious host.”
The West Shoreway closed Friday, May 31 and will remain closed through Friday, June 14.
During the closure, the West Shoreway will be closed in both directions from Lake Avenue to East 9th Street in order to accommodate the filming of Captain America: The Winter Soldier. During this time:
