Attention all riders, Captain RTA is saving you money and aggravation by handing out free RTA passes on the city’s west side Tuesday morning.
According to RTA officials, the filming of “Captain America: Winter Soldier” has created monumental traffic tie ups in downtown Cleveland. So, RTA is answering commuters’ calls for a fix to avenge the dastardly driving dilemma.
Captain RTA will be on the ground beginning Tuesday to make things right, handing out free RTA passes. The passes will be perfect for trading in the road for the rail to get into town.
Captain RTA will be joined by superhero street teams to overcome the traffic gridlock.
The passes will be handed out at the Detroit Superior Bridge from 7 a.m. – 9 a.m.
