Food For The Soul Recipe: “Strawberry, Melon & Avocado Salad”

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup honey
2 Tbsp sherry vinegar or red-wine vinegar
2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
pinch of salt
4 cup baby spinach
1 avocado (4-5 ounce), peeled, pitted and cut into 16 slices
1 ½ cup strawberry
2 tsp sesame seed
2 Tbsp sherry vinegar or red-wine vinegar
2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS
