Women are busy! We have lots to do and very little time to get it done. With the heavy workload placed

upon us, it’s easy to get stressed out and emotionally drained from the weight of it all.

So how do you kick stress, make your mental load feel lighter, and day seem brighter? According to

Christian author and reality TV star, Tia Mowry-Hardrict, there are plenty simple and fun ways to keep stress

from ruining your day, sapping your energy, and plaguing your mind.

While the actress shared 10 stress-busting strategies, EEW Magazine is passing along our favorite 3.

1. Work Them Legs: Tia suggests going for a walk—even a brief one. What a great way to air out your

thoughts! During this time of activity, free your mind of negativity and return home or back to work feeling

refreshed.

2. Smile: Seems really simple, but Tia says, “Even if you don’t feel like it, make a genuine effort to turn your

lips up instead of down and even throw in a laugh or two for good measure.” Yes, indeed. Being mopey-

faced, while dragging around is a sure mood downer.
