This article was inspired by one of my recent Facebook posts. The post read “My spirituality as a pastor was questioned today because I was not bashful about being a SCANDAL fan. Well, all I can say is, whether I watch it on television or just watch “church”, I see pretty much the same thing. The difference is, in the privacy of my home, I don’t have to intervene, and at least Kerry and her fellow characters are acting!” To my surprise, I received over 200 likes and about 50 comments (still counting). The comments were in my favor; however, prior to my post,
I was amused by the back and forth comments between Facebook “friends” (and I use that word very lightly) about SCANDAL. It was within that discussion that I confessed that I would be watching the Thursday night show with great anticipation. It was down hill from that point on. Thus, my post!
