Missed it the first time or want to see it a second, starting on Friday Dec. 6, “The Butler” is back in theaters.

In an unprecedented move, the movie, which stars Forest Whitaker,Oprah Winfrey and David Oyelowo, is getting a second theatrical run in an effort to push the film for the upcoming award show season.

“The Butler” is the story of White House butler Cecil Gaines (played by Whitaker), who serves during seven presidential administrations between 1957 and 1986.

The movie also features Cuba Gooding Jr., Lenny Kravitz and Terrence Howard.

“The Butler” has grossed over $115 domestically since its August 16 release. The critically acclaimed movie has earned early Oscar buzz for both Whitaker and Winfrey.
