Keith Halfmann, the Chief Operating Officer of Geis Hospitality Group, says The 9 will soon bring new life to the dormant space.
“This whole complex, The 9, will ignite this block which has been dormant for such a long time.”
The 9 is an enormous project taking place in the former Ameritrust Tower and the attached Cleveland Trust rotunda on the corner of East 9th and Euclid.
Hoping to draw more downtown living, there are 104 planned apartments.
And this is luxury living.
“There’ll be a fireplace in every unit,” Halfmann says.
