Seven months after giving birth to her second son Quincy, radiant Christian actress Kim
Fields, 45, returned to the small screen to rave reviews.
Starring alongside Lisa Whelchel, 51, in the Hallmark film “For Better or for Worse,” Tootie and Blair from the
iconic 80s sitcom The Facts of Life, both unmistakably still have it.
“In terms of the familiarity and chemistry, it’s all still there. It just gets better with time,” said Fields in an interview
with People.com.
Perhaps the ladies’ effective collaboration on TV is carryover from their strong connection in the real world.
Both born-again Christians remain great friends and keep in close contact with each other.
“We see each other, and we see each other’s families. My children call her ‘Aunt Kim’ and her children call me
‘Aunty Lisa,’” said Whelchel.
