President Barack Obama is a year older today. The 44th President of the United States is 53. Obama kicked off the festivities this weekend partaking in a round of golf in Maryland with some childhood friends, according to the White House. The Democratic National Committee, meantime, has been encouraging the public to sign a virtual birthday card online for the Commander-in-Chief.
