Michelle Williams has reflected about how her Christian faith impacts her dating life.
Williams, the 34-year-old singer, has both Grammy and NAACP Image award nominations for her latest solo effort, “Journey To Freedom.” It seems to have been a productive year for Williams who remains busy with her Oxygen network television show “Fix My Choir.”
Now, she has openend up to Essence magazine about how she balances her faith and romantic relationships. For the singer, a lack of faith may be a deal breaker when pursuing romantic interests.
“I want them to believe, I want them to believe in God. I believe in Jesus,” Williams told Essence. “Do you believe John 3:16? We believe in that, cool. Then we can talk.”
The singer went on to share a lesson that she learned about dating.
