Golden State Warriors guards Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry may be known as “The Splash Brothers” for their ability to make three-point shots in bunches, but the Cleveland Cavaliers were the ones knocking down the long-range attempts at Quicken Loans Arena Thursday night.

Anchored by the combined total of nine triples from the Cavaliers’ “big three,” all-star small forward LeBron James, all-star point guard Kyrie Irving and power forward Kevin Love, Cleveland (37-22) earned a 110-99 victory over the Warriors (44-11), the Western Conference’s best team.

“We felt like, against Detroit, we were a little bit lax in the second quarter, and a little bit to start the third, so we wanted to play 48 solid minutes tonight,” Love said. “We felt like the energy and the intensity was there.
