KeKe Palmer stopped by “Access Hollywood” and talked about her new book, her upcoming roles and the return of her talk show, “Just KeKe.” Also, she opened up about her haters and bullying she’s faced.

She started with talking about her new, upcoming film, “Brotherly Love,” a drama about a high school superstar basketball player, Sergio Taylor (Eric D. Hill Jr.), pressures of hood fame.

The film opens up on Friday, April 24. But that only scratches the surface of what Palmer talked about during the interview. She got candid about her career and the trolls who bullied her.

On Bullying and her new book:

I’m writing my first book right now and [the bullying] is something that I really want to put in there because everybody experiences something like that from a different scale. I had to realize that it may seem like: ‘Ohh, why are people being mean to me?’ But actually that (bullying) happens to a lot of people and not even just celebrities. So to hear it from the point of view of me, I think it might be able to help a lot of people see, ‘You know what, you can’t take it personal. You can’t take this stuff personal. That person doesn’t know you and they don’t even know who you are. They are just trying to get your attention.’
