It was not easy, but point guard Kyrie Irving, small forward LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers took a 2-0 lead over the Boston Celtics in their first-round series of the 2015 NBA Playoffs with a 99-91 win in front of an energetic home crowd at Quicken Loans Arena on Tuesday night.

The Cavaliers have a chance to take a 3-0 lead over the Celtics with Thursday night’s game at the TD Garden in Boston.

James led the way with 30 points on 11 of 22 shooting, and added nine rebounds to go along with the seven assists he handed out and two shots he blocked in the victory. In addition to James’ production, Irving tallied 26 points, handed out six assists and blocked one shot.
