Singer Jamie Grace chatted with BREATHEcast at the red carpet of the K-LOVE Fan Awards 2015 where briefly spoke about a new record, tour, and performances with her sister.
Grace, as one of the youngest nominees of the night, was just excited to be there and among names such as Francesca Battistelli, Kari Jobe, Natalie Grant, and others.
“It’s exciting, I feel like Female Artist of the year is where all the cool kids go, but ok, I’ll take the nomination, I’m honored, I’m excited and just appreciative,” she said.
She was then asked about her sister’s self-titled album and recent signing with Gotee Records.
“I’m so proud of her. Her name is Morgan Harper Nichols, and it’s a self-titled record and we’re going on tour together for June and July, big summer tour 2015. And we’re sisters, we’re best friends, we’re label mates, we’re both signed by TobyMac, and we just love to sing together, write together, and hang out together and we hope people will join us on the tour,” Grace shared.
