Members of the so-called ” Cleveland 8″ are explaining their YouTube video criticizing the grand jury process and other aspects of how the Tamir Rice case has proceeded.

Rice, 12, was shot and killed by Cleveland Police Officer Timothy Loehmann in November 2014 outside the Cudell Recreation Center. Rice held an airsoft gun. Police say the weapon was indistinguishable from a deadly firearm. Officer Frank Garmack was driving the patrol car.

The nearly five minute video also takes aim at Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Tim McGinty for what they dub “inaction.”

“Their inaction on this issue sends a signal to the people that they are not upholding the very laws they want the people to respect,” Edward Little explained online.
