Serita Jakes, first lady of The Potter’s House in Dallas, TX, is giving the public a deeper look into who she really is.
As part of the “Road to Destiny” web series, the wife of mega pastor Bishop T.D. Jakes opens up about personal insecurities, what she least likes about herself and why she’s just now starting a new business at age 60.
“I think the greatest thing I’ve overcome on my path to destiny are insecurities and every now and again, they still pop up like weeds in a beautiful garden,” she said in Episode 10 of the multi-part online exclusive released in support of Bishop Jakes’ latest book Destiny: Step into Your Purpose.
