Christian comedian, actress and entrepreneur, Sherri Shepherd, totally relates to single moms who work several jobs to make ends meet.
On Instagram, the 48-year-old mother of 11-year-old Jeffrey shared her “single mama issues.”
“Top down and riding w[ith]my baby! So excited Jeffrey is visiting me in California,” she wrote in a Dec. 6 social media update, featuring a happy snap of Mom and son.
Despite the smiles on their faces whilst sitting inside a fabulous car with red leather interior, Shepherd admitted, “It’s hard having to leave him to work,” adding, “But hey… Somebody has to pay those bills!”
Like 70% of working women in America with children under 18, finding work-life balance can be tough.
Though most ladies don’t have high-profile careers like Shepherd, she still has to do what it takes to keep those checks rolling in.
