A local football star who was was preparing to tryout for the Cincinnati Bengals was indicted Friday on charges related to a fatal shooting outside the Sunny Spot Bar in Cleveland on May 3.
Antonio Longino faces charges of tampering with evidence and obstructing justice, according to Cuyahoga County court records
The judicial proceedings follow an investigation into the death of Dejon D. Forbes who Cleveland Heights police reported finding in a vehicle outside the bar with an apparent gunshot wound.
He died shortly after being transferred to University Hospital.
A second man, 28-year-old Stephen Johnson, turned himself into Cleveland Heights Police Wednesday evening. He is charged with aggravated murder.
