Oprah Winfrey has maintained her 30-pound weight loss for a year, thanks to the Weight Watchers diet and meditation.

Oprah, who once tipped the scales at over 237 pounds, said losing weight was easier this time because of Weight Watcher’s focus on portion control.

Now 62, Winfrey said her weight loss secret was the Weight Watchers diet, cardio exercise, and meditation, as Celebrity Health Fitnesshas reported.

Weight Watchers has given me the tools to have accountability to myself,” said Winfrey.

The Weight Watchers program focuses on portion control, mindful eating and a point system that enables dieters to keep track of their caloric intake.
