It’s the weekend before Thanksgiving and there’s already lots to do. You can stay inside or brave the outdoors for some fun.

Gateway District Historic Euclid Avenue Tour

Now’s your chance to get a closer look at one of downtown’s most historic streets. Although the entire 2016 tour season has ended, the Gateway District is still offering the Historic Euclid Avenue tour every Saturday starting at 10 a.m. through Dec. 10. Come and get some exercise while getting a close-up look!

What: Euclid Avenue Historic Tour

Where: Starts at the Euclid Avenue entrance of the The Arcade at 401 Euclid Avenue in Cleveland

When: 10 a.m. Saturdays though Dec. 10

Price: Free  (Parking Note: You can park at Quicken Loans Arena between Huron Road and Prospect Avenue, in the parking garage of 200 Public Square on Superior Avenue, or in the 515 Euclid garage at the corner of East 6th Street and Euclid Avenue. Street parking in the same areas is also available, and meters are free on the weekends)

Great Lakes Science Center 

What: The Great Lakes Science Center at 601 Erieside Avenue sits right on Lake Erie and is open almost every day.

Where: The GLSC is between the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame & Museum and FirstEnergy Stadium in downtown Cleveland. It is also the home of the NASA Glenn Visitor Center, the Cleveland Clinic DOME Theater.

When: Although it is closed Mondays through April 2017, it is open Tuesdays through Saturdays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays noon to 5 p.m. (EXCEPT for Cleveland Browns home games) Also closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.
