If you were shopping at the Giant Eagle on West 117th Street in Cleveland on Monday evening, you might have noticed some familiar faces at the check-out line.
Cavaliers stars Richard Jefferson and Channing Frye donned some aprons and hit the registers to help cashiers ring up and bag customers’ groceries.
The best part? At the end of each transaction, RJ and Channing told the shopper that their total was $0.00, that the Cavs were picking up their tab!
This holiday random act of kindness was done by the Cavs in partnership with Nestle Toll House, as part of the Cavaliers Season of Giving, presented by Nestle Baking.
